2. App Features

Barakaa includes features such as a Tasbeeh Counter, a Self-Development Dashboard, and an AI-powered Islamic assistant called Deen Bot. The app is intended to support spiritual growth and learning but is not a replacement for scholarly advice or personal religious guidance.

3. Usage Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• You may not use the app for any illegal, harmful, or misleading purpose.
• You may not commercially exploit the app or its generated content without express permission.

4. AI Disclaimer (Deen Bot)

Deen Bot is an AI-powered Islamic assistant trained on a mixture of general and publicly available Islamic knowledge. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, the responses generated by Deen Bot should not be taken as definitive religious rulings, medical advice, or legal guidance.

• Always verify Islamic rulings with a qualified scholar.
• Do not rely on Deen Bot for medical, financial, or legal advice.
• We are not responsible for any actions you take based on Deen Bot's responses.

Use the chatbot as a general guide, not a final authority. You are fully responsible for how you interpret and act upon the information it provides.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including reliance on information from Deen Bot, task suggestions, or app-generated data. The app does not substitute for medical, religious, or professional advice.

6. Data Collection and Storage

To enable leaderboard functionality, Barakaa collects the following information:

• Name: Provided by the user to display on the leaderboard.
• AppUserId: A unique identifier used to track leaderboard scores.

All other app data, such as tasbeeh counts, daily tasks, and progress, is stored locally on your device. Leaderboard data is used solely to display your position and scores. We do not share this information with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at our discretion, without notice, if these Terms are violated or for other reasons deemed necessary for security or integrity.

8. Age Rating

The app is intended for users aged 13+ (or 12+ in certain regions). Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise app usage by minors.
